  3 people ahead of me when I arrived.1 employee working. Took 45 minutes to get to me. Took 3 minutes to tell me they don't fix app problems and they I need to go to a Samsung store.

  Ok so I just got my bill and found out these guys lied to me! They signed me up for Directtvnow. And I was charged 3 seperate $40 fees that the salesmen neglected to tell me about! I have since found out that these gentlemen have been fired for these practices. Overall store was good but the employees ripped me off I came to swap out my device through my insurance, I dealt with Keydrick and Justin both. They worked together on getting my data transferred to and set up the new device. They also put on my screen protector and case for me. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful! If your lucky enough to get either of them to handle your patronage I'm sure you will have as great and fast of service as I did great job guys thanks!
